To run QuickMap SalesView off the Start Menu, select Programs->QuickMap->QuickMap
The Map(s)
QuickMap data is organised into a series of layers (Maps) that can be turned on and off using the layer Visibility Check Box within the Layer Control
Searching
If the Search form is not displayed automatically (set by a checkbox on that form) then press CTRL/F and type in the Address.
Reports
The report window (by default) displays automatically when you search. If you have QuickMap SalesView, generate a Comparable Sales Report which includes House Valuer and house photos for both recent sales and properties currently on the market.
Use the hyperlink to create a general Comparable Sales Report.
NOTE: If the report is not displayed automatically, click on Tools->Options->Always Display Property Summary.
