Information shown in QuickMap layers can filtered so that what is displayed on the map or included in reports is narrowed down to just those features or parcels you want to show. To apply the laye filter, right mouse click on the layer in the layer control, and choose layer filter.

When you select the layer filter menu item, the following form is displayed:

This form allows you to specify criteria that limits the data displayed or reported on to only those features you want.

Another example could be to apply the layer filter to the Points (Nth) layer so that building points are not displayed. In this case, the filter would be where feat_name Is Not Equal To ‘building_pnt’
