QuickMap allows you to add new layers and search menus. The import wizard will guide you through creating a new layer, and automatically add a search menu item. Any textual information added to the layer can also be searched on.

Add Search Menus

Data imported into QuickMap or added manually is stored in a Microsoft Access database. Any of the textual information in this database can be nominated as an item to search on. In this example, the job number has been chosen to search against. As you type, the nearest valid job number is displayed. Chick the search button to zoom to that location on the map.

Add new Layers

QuickMap allows you to add any number of your own layers or groups. In this example we have added layers Jobs, Archaeology, and My Jobs. The New Layer wizard makes adding a layer easy.
