As much of the price of our expansion packs is in the USB drive we provide, we are often asked if we can install data onto hard drives provided by customers, in order to save money.

Security is extremely important to us and so we do not ship data on hard drives provided by end users because connecting such drives represents a security risk to our network and therefore all our customers who receive our data, products and services.
