It’s possible to disable the use of locally installed survey plans in Quickmap v8.4.7735 or above, so you can just use the online plans. This is useful if you have issues with your locally installed plans, say if they are corrupt or slow to load.

To disable locally installed survey plans, click Tools -> Options -> Survey Plan -> Location, then deselect the Local checkbox and click Close.

If you don’t have this menu option, this is probably because you are running a version of Quickmap that is older than v8.4.7735. To fix this, download and install the latest version of Quickmap and try again.
