To order a flats plan, first you need to know the plan number. To find this, look at the title; the plan number is in the legal description (:!: Note: If the title represents a cross lease, you’ll need the legal description of the flat in question, rather than the underlying lot on which it resides). Next start up My Document Ordering Dashboard from the Tools menu. Sign in, then click the Plan button. Next enter the plan number, along with the district and series (all of which are available on the title details). Finally, select Title from the Plan Type options and click Next, then click Place Order.
