Product Registration Failed – Internalip must has its value set

When trying to install Quickmap data using the Quickmap Data Updater, you may get this error selecting the Download Source:

Product Registration Failed

Parameter ‘@Internalip’ must have its value set

This might be due to an internet issue such as a disconnection, routing or firewall issue. Check that internet access is enabled for the application to access www.quickmap.co.nz, quickmap.co.nz and downloads.quickmap.co.nz over ports 808, 443 and 80.
