You can choose the pages to be included in the Comparable Sales Report by utilising the tick boxes.
The Config buttons provide options for the report page associated with the button.
General Options
1 Personalise your report with your own Logo and address details.
2 Location of the target property and surrounding area.
3 Target property highlighted amongst neighbouring properties
4 Detailed Property Report for target property.
5 Current/recent properties for sale in the target area (from separate sources).
6 Demographics information from Statistics
School information for the area
Headway Data
7 Filter will display the "property use" (based on Headway data).
This is populated automatically from the category appearing in the Detailed Sales Report.
Config button will allow you to change your Property Type Filters.
8 Only available if there is a Sales history on the target property and Valuation data has a corresponding date.
Note the Comparable Sales Report for the target property needs to be accessed via the icon next to the Valuation Reference in the
Detailed Property Report.
9 Up to 40 properties sold in the area in the last 12 months (based on Filter - Property type).
Config button will/will not include StreetView images
10 Graphs comparing Sales/Rateable Value over last 2 and 10 year periods in the area.
11 Map of sales in the area over last 12 months, coloured according to price.
Config allows for colours and ranges to be altered.
