QuickMap Installation

If you are installing QuickMap Professional onto Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7, then it is important you log on as administrator to ensure you have enough privileges to install the software.  (If you are not asked for a Username and Password, you possibly already have the required administrative privileges).

NOTE:  QuickMap is not supported on Windows 95, 98 or ME.

If QuickMap is being installed on Vista, it should be installed to C:\QuickMap and not under Program Files, as this is "Read Only" under Vista.  If you currently have QuickMap installed in Program Files, it should be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
