Ordering Titles and Plans

To order a Title click on the associated Icon from the Detailed Property Report.  This will go directly to the Document Ordering Page.

To order a Survey Plan, click on the icon in the Appellation area of the Detailed Property Report.

 

Alternatively, search on a Survey Plan Number or turn the Survey Plans Layer on and Info a Plan.  The Report Window provides the option to Order Plan by clicking on the Plan Number Hyperlink which will go directly to the Document Ordering Page.

Complete the Document Ordering Page (below) selecting the type of document required and entering your Login and password.  NOTE There is a separate pricing structure for SalesView clients.

The next page enables checking of the details of the document to be ordered and enables a Client Reference to be inserted.  Once the Order Now button is clicked from this page, the Document as per the details will be ordered.

In the event that something is incorrect, the Close button will stop the order from going through and the process can commence again.

 

Once the document has been ordered, a confirmation page providing details for your records can be printed.

The document and a receipt will then be emailed to the email address provided by the registered user.
