QPermissions.exe modifies the permissions of files in the Quickmap data directory to make the files readable to all users.

Normally, suitable permissions are set by the Administrator, but QPermissions.exe can be handy to quickly fix problems where Quickmap is reporting permission errors when it tries to open one or more databases.
