If you are trying to install Quickmap using the Software Only option, but it is greyed out, this is because the installer can’t find valid data. Either the installer has been run from a location that doesn’t contain valid data, or doesn’t have access to that data. There are a few corner cases that can also cause this error, such as installing Quickmap on a computer that used to have Quickmap installed and has a registry key left over, which points to an invalid data location.
