When trying to update Quickmap data using the Quickmap Data Download Manager, you may get this message:

Quickmap updates are currently unavailable. Please try again later.

This can occur for a number of reasons, but the most likely is that we are performing an update to the data and have temporarily made updates unavailable to download while they are being updated on our server. This process can take a few hours and is done at least once a month (typically in the first week of the month).

To fix this, try again in 3 hours time. If you still get the message saying that updates are currently unavailable, contact us for assistance.
