If Quickmap won’t load, the first thing to do is check the Quickmap Support log. If one of the last lines of the log reads:
OCX Settings from \\SERVER\Data\QMap\Data\QMap.config
Then it’s likely that there’s an issue with the Quickmap Data Directory. Try reinstalling the Quickmap data to fix the issue.
This can also be caused by a bug in older versions of Quickmap, try upgrading to the latest version of Quickmap sofware to fix the issue.
