If you’re unable to get the date of the property data from the “Date of Property Data” option in the menu, this is almost certainly because either:
- The user account running Quickmap doesn’t have permission to access the data.
- The data doesn’t exist in the location Quickmap is expecting it to be (perhaps the network drive is disconnected or the data is in another location, for example).
- The data in the data directory is corrupt.
To fix this, check access to the data and reinstall the data if necessary.
