If you are unable to see the second page of a survey plan, title or instrument, it’s probably because the software you are using to view the TIFF file doesn’t support multi-page tiff files. To fix this, change the default program that opens TIFF files. To do this:

Right click on the TIFF file and click Open With

Make sure that Always use this app to open TIFF files is selected

Select Windows Photo Viewer and click OK
The next time you open a TIFF file (survey plan, title or instrument), it should open with Windows Photo Viewer and you will be able to see the second page by clicking the little arrow at the bottom of the document.
