When doing a minimal install, you get this error:

Upgrade failed to replace file
\\server\QMap\Data\Legal\north_address.mdb
Error is: Permission denied

This is because north_zip.exe exists in the \\server\QMap\Data\ share. To fix this, delete north_zip.exe
