Some titles may have reference to Notices Under The Building Act. There are two types of Notices Under The building act:

• Additional restrictions on building on the land – which may include considerations such as liquefaction.
• The other notice pertains to scenarios where multiple structures have been built on one site and cannot be sold separately.
