On a land title, you may have noticed the words “Limited as to Parcels”. A title that is Limited As To Parcels is a title that acknowledges that one or more parcel boundaries have not been surveyed and therefore may be inaccurate, or there could have been someone else in adverse possession of part of the title; therefore such boundaries are not guaranteed by the crown.
It’s possible that “Limited as to Parcels” may (but not necessarily) be removed from a title by hiring a surveyor to survey the boundaries accurately, then going through the process to get the limitation removed from the title.
