When trying to download Quickmap products or updates, you may get this error:

Couldn’t download – Network issue

This error is not a Quickmap error, rather it’s an error that is specific to the Google Chrome browser. There are a number of things that can cause this error, which are best left to your IT support provider to troubleshoot. Trying a different browser might be a good start, in lieu of involving your IT support provider.
