When trying to view or order a title in Quickmap document ordering, you may get this error:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.1.10:8080

If you get this error it’s most likely a problem on our side rather than with your Quickmap installation (our apologies!). Please contact Quickmap for a quick fix.
