When trying to load DMS / Document Ordering / Title Preview, you may get this error in Quickmap:

An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

This is because the data being sent to Quickmap’s server has been malformed upon arrival. This may be done by an antivirus program, or in less likely scenarios, a firewall or virus could do this.
