Quickmap sales may or may not be inclusive of GST. Unfortunately this is not flagged in the data or program, but you can have a guess as to whether any particular sale is GST inclusive or not based on the value of the sale.

For example, if a sale is for $125,000, you might assume that the sale data probably doesn’t include GST. Contrarily, if a sale is for $143,750, you might assume that the sale data contains GST.

Typically residential sales do not contain GST, though there may be some exceptions.
