If Quickmap doesn’t display the document ordering top up, this is typically because Quickmap is unable to launch the browser window to access document ordering due to one of the security settings. You can fix this by setting the internet browser settings back to their default (note the instructions are the same whether you use Internet Explorer or not):
- Opening Internet Explorer
- Press the Alt key on your keyboard
- Click Tools -> Internet Options, within Internet Explorer
- Click the Advanced tab
- Click Reset
You should then be able to top up document ordering from Quickmap.
