Error 339: Component ‘Mscomctl.ocx’ Or One Of Its Dependencies Not Correctly Registered

After installing or updating the Quickmap data, you can get this error:

Error 339 (Component ‘Mscomctl.ocx’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid) in procedure Main of Module ModMain

To fix error 339, please run C:\QMap\AutoUpgrade\Setup.exe (by right mouse clicking on this and running as administrator), which will register Mscomctl.ocx.
