When trying to update the Quickmap data using the Quickmap Data Download Manager, you may get a failed download, with this error:

Error during download

Data updates were unsuccessful.

This is because BITS is being blocked by your firewall.

Other notes:

• Sophos XG firewall users may need to specify the FQDN in the firewall rules, instead of using the IP address.
• Palo Alto firewall users may need to enable the HTTP Range protocol option.
