If you are installing the Aerial Photographs, then install by running Setup.exe from the disk (as per the QuickMap install instructions outlined in Installing QuickMap on your PC).
If you have purchased more than one region then repeat steps 3 and 4 for each region, but do not change the location of the install directory after the first region is installed.
Server Install
To setup the server with Aerial Photograph Expansion Pack, perform the following install steps:
| • | On the server create a directory called QAirPhoto on the designated network drive. This folder will be used to Share the Air Photographs over the network. Eg if the server is called MyServer and the share is called QmapAirPhotoShare then create the folder \\MyServer\QmapAirPhotoShare\QAirPhoto. |
| • | Copy the contents of the Aerial Photograph CD into this directory. |
Client Install
To install PCs so that they use the Aerial Photographs stored on the server, perform the following steps:
| • | Map the server network drive containing the Aerial Photographs |
| • | Run Setup.exe from the server and choose the MINIMAL INSTALL option. This will install the aerial photograph software on the PC, and leave the actual aerial photographs on the server. |
| • | Run QuickMap on the PC and if required use the QuickMap registration key provided to register the aerial photograph expansion pack. |
