Quickmap — Sales Thematic Map

Quickmap allows you to colour parcels based on Sale Price, making it easy to spot trends and identify areas of interest. The following steps show how to create and customise a sales thematic map.

How to create a Sales Thematic Map

1. Click the Sales button.
2. In the Sales Filter form click Reports, then select Thematic Map.
3. In the Sales Thematic Map Settings form adjust the Sale Value range, Number of steps or ranges and Range values.
4. Click Apply to generate your thematic map.

Highlighting specific property values

To highlight properties within a particular value range, set a unique colour for that range (for example, green):

1. Click the Manual button in the Thematic Map settings.
2. Choose the colour you want for the selected sale range.

Moving the legend

If the legend is covering part of the map, click and drag its title bar to reposition it.
