When trying to view a survey plan, you may get this error:

Quickmap: Unexpected Error Encountered

Cannot able to locate the specified file.

If you have the Survey Plans expansion installed, this usually indicates that there’s a problem with the install. You can work around this by setting Quickmap to access the survey plans online instead of locally.

If you don’t have the Survey Plans expansion installed, this could be a problem with the online service. Check your firewall & antivirus isn’t blocking the connection to the Quickmap online server and call Quickmap if you need further assistance.
