When printing titles, survey plans and instruments / memorandums in Windows Photo Viewer, they won’t print properly. For example, only part of the page prints and parts are blank when they come out the printer.

This is a known bug with Windows Photo Viewer which affects Windows 10 (and some versions of Windows Server) after installing updates released March 9, 2021 or March 15, 2021. It is expected that a bug fix will become available for this problem, which will most likely be in the form of a Windows Update.

In the meantime, you may use an alternate TIFF viewing software that supports multi page TIFF files to view and print your documents, or contact your IT service provider for further advice.
