When trying to update the Quickmap software from the menu within Quickmap, you may get this error:

WCF transfer of QuickmapSetup.msi failed. Not a valid Win32
FileTime

This occurs because Quickmap thinks that there is an update available as the version numbers between the server and what is installed on your PC are different, but the timestamp on the server version is older than the one you have installed. This is likely a clerical error by Quickmap.

Most likely you don’t need to do anything and are running the correct version of Quickmap, but if you do need an updated version, please contact Quickmap to be sent a download link. Otherwise this problem will be automatically fixed when the next version of Quickmap is available for download.
