The Layers appear under Group Folders.
To put a layer in a different Group or to create a new Layer Group, right-mouse click on the Layer and select Properties.
The existing Layer Group Name will be visible. Select a different Layer Group from the drop down menu. To create a New Group, place a tick in the New Group checkbox and type the name of the Group in the following panel, then click on Save.
