Locate your target property - using your Find function.
The Detailed Property Report window (by default) displays automatically when you search. If you have QuickMap SalesView, click the Comparable Sales hyperlink, or the Blue House Icon to get a full market appraisal.
To generate other reports or to see Sales on the Map, use the Sales Filter Button on the toolbar.
The green data shows NPD (National Property Data) records where property existed in 1989 (although the date shows as Jan 00) and there have been no sales registered since.
Using the Info Tool will generate a Detailed Sales Report on an individual property.
To bring up the Sales Filter form, select the Sales Icon from the Toolbar.
All Sales data will be shown by Default
The Sales Filter enables you to filter records according to requirements.
From the Filter form it is also possible to access various Reports - HouseFinder (current and historic listings), view the Sales in Google Earth, generate a Thematic Map (colouring parcels based on Sale Price), Report on Sales by Road or generate a detailed Sales Report based on the Filter and the current screen extent.
