After the sale has been highlighted using the info tool, information about the sale may be displayed automatically or by clicking the red hyperlink labeled Click Here at the top of the info window.
The detailed Sales Report should display information such as the sale price, floor area and sales history.
There are usually three hyperlinks at the bottom of the Sales Report linking to the Detailed Property Report , Comparable Sales Report and a Sales by Road Report.

Click the red hyperlink Click here for Parcel and Owner details... to display the Detailed Property Report. The Detailed Property Report contains the current Capital Value/Land Value of the property, as well as the parcel’s current title, owner, address, legal description, area, valuation reference and more. This Report can easily be copied into a document or printed out using the Report Toolbar buttons.
NPD (National Property Data) records where property existed in 1989 (although the date shows as Jan 00) and there have been no sales registered since.
Photos can be added to Sales Reports.
