Document Ordering Fee Change

Fees for ordering LINZ Survey and Title documents using Quickmap, PropertySmarts and Prover will increase 1 February 2022.

We want to let you know in advance so you can be prepared before they come into effect.

The fee increase is due to LINZ increasing their fees by 20% on 1 February 2022, and this is a direct cost to Custom Software Limited that unfortunately we have to pass on to you.

We will continue to be the most cost-effective source of documents ordered from LINZ after the price change, and will continue to offer free access to most Survey Plans.

New Fees

All documents ordered in PropertySmarts, Quickmap and Prover will increase by 20% on 1 February 2022.

Documents ordered manually from LINZ will increase from $20.00 +GST per document to $35.00 +GST per document.
