When trying to install the Quickmap data you may get this message:

Quickmap Data Setup Failed

Downloads are not currently available. Server response:
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

Error 500 is a somewhat generic web error, which basically means that there was an error at the server (rather than a problem getting to the server); though this doesn’t mean that the problem is at the server.

The first thing to check is if your Quickmap key has expired. If that isn’t the problem, contact Quickmap to see if the problem is happening to other customers – this will give a clue about whether the problem is at your end / a problem with your account or something at Quickmap’s end.
