If you’re unable to find a title in the Title search tab, this might be because the title isn’t associated with a parcel of land or a property in Quickmap. You might be able to fix this with a data update (otherwise a future data update might fix this if it’s a new title), but for a quick fix, try using the Title Preview search tab to find the title instead.
