Sometimes Google Street View will not load and just displays a black screen. When Google Street View displays a blank page, it means that Google don’t have any photographic imagery for that street (or that part of the street). It may also say “No Street View imagery available here.” briefly at the bottom of the page.
Otherwise, your graphics card could be failing to handle the Google website properly. If you are using Google Chrome, click the 3 dots at the top right of Chrome to get into the menu, then click Settings, then click System in the menu on the left, then turn off “Use graphics acceleration when available” then click “Relaunch”. Alternatively, try changing your default browser.
