Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. As the holiday season approaches, we want to inform you about our Christmas period operating hours.

Christmas Opening Hours

Custom Software help desk will not be available from 12:00pm to 5:00pm Friday 20th of December, and from 12:00pm 24th Dec 2024 through to Friday 3rd Jan 2025 inclusive.

Document ordering will close for the Christmas / New Year period from 24th December 2024 until 3rd January 2025.

All other services will continue to operate as normal.

This month we hope to release a new version of Prover and Premise with these changes:

• Improved Map draw speed
• Improved the appearance of the map
• The ability to turn Building Outlines off and on
• A “Show Observations” hyperlink, which links to the Survey Plan search results. This allows all observations to be displayed on the map for that plan
• Minor improvements to mobile
